. She has years of experience integrating meditation, yoga and inner experiential exercises into her sacred healing work with both adults and adolescents. Utilizing her specialized training in LifeForce Yoga
(Yoga for Mood Management) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
(MBSR), Lena helps clients remove inner obstructions to rediscover that innate source of health and happiness that lives within. Raised in a hybrid Buddhist/Christian household, Lena was introduced to meditation as a young child. Today, this spiritual seed has flourished into a deep passion to guide others on a journey towards inner peace, emotional balance and a sense of wholeness.
